2021 Wild Card Red Wine

The elegant bouquet is a potpourri of wildflowers and ripe mixed berries while the palate expression is a marvel of harmony in this blend of seven varietals!  Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, and Pinot Noir.

The mostly black fruit dominates the palate while the mouthfeel is full yet noticeably silky and supple.

A fun wine to pair with leftovers after Thanksgiving.
