2023 The Sisters Red Wine

An homage to the Parsons sisters, this is a compellingly complex fusion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a dollop of Syrah.

The aroma presents in layers of dark berries, plums, menthol, herbs, and earthiness. The rich and vibrant palate takes me back to my first taste of boysenberries at Knott’s Berry farms circa 1955. The mouthfeel is perfect with its chalky tannins and a noteworthy viscosity right down the middle. 

What a worthy addition to a fabulous lineup!
